- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-returnable items:
- Custom-built products or machinery.
- Opened or used items.
- Perishable agricultural goods (e.g., seeds, organic material).

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos or videos, and we will offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on availability.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
